On 30 July, the recent emergency decree order the authorisation to the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) to order an internet service provider (ISP) to find out which IP address the offensive information coming from and can suspend the internet to the IP address. On 6 August, the Civil Court suspended the order.
